Do you give free estimates?
During normal business hours (8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.) we charge a $49.00 trip charge in order to cover expenses of dispatching an experienced trained technician to your location to diagnose the problem & give you a price. If you decide to do the work while we are there, we will wave this trip charge.

Do you offer warranties?
Yes, we have unsurpassed warranties on our products and services. Each task has its own warranty period, which is stated on the invoice/estimate pertaining to that task. Our warranties are above standards in our trade and cover all parts & labor to complete that task. It is not pro-rated based on how long ago the task was performed, like some warranties are.

Why are you wearing shoe covers?
We wear booties inside of our customer's homes to protect your flooring & carpets from dirt & germs that we may have picked up on our shoes.

Why do you wear rubber gloves?
We wear disposal latex gloves because of germs & other materials we may touch when we work on customer's pipes. This keeps us from passing on germs from one location to another, which protects us & you!

Does it cost more after business hours?
Our service rates are the same anytime of day or night, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we charge a $89 trip charge after hours, weekends, & holidays.

Do you take credit cards?
Yes. We currently accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, & American Express

Can you bill me?
Normally we collect after completion of work. This keeps our collection costs to a minimum, which helps keep us moderately priced, thus saving you money. If you are with a company/corporation or business we will review your credit application in order to bill you.

Do you offer same day service?
Yes, we offer same day service on most task requests. If a call is placed by 1:00 p.m. on any work day, we are adequately staffed to handle any call that same day (except digging or trenching which are governed by State Registrations of a minimum of 24 hour notice). After 1:00 P.M. depending on dispatch load, we may be able to provide same day service or at least within 24 hours of placed call.

What do you charge per hour?

We do not charge by the hour! We charge by the job. We offer "flat rate" pricing before we do the work. That is to ensure you that our pricing stays the same no matter how long it takes the technician to do the task.
