At ProTech Services, we take great pride in our many years of service to our customers in the Middle Georgia area. Over the years, we have provided thousands of Middle Georgia homes and businesses with the best maintenance, replacement, and repair solutions. Our team looks forward to servicing your home and or business needs for heating, air conditioning, and plumbing services.
Our team of technicians receive continuous training on new and innovative procedures and equipment. Our staff is equipped to find answers to most of your questions and is prepared to schedule a technician to come to your home. No call is too large or too small for us to handle. Our Company
History

Barbara Belletieri and Gene Dudley, the original owners of ProTech Services, started a small plumbing company in 1998 called Payless Plumbing. Payless quickly became known for its intense focus on customer service, professionalism, and reliability. Recognizing the demand for the same quality service in the heating and air conditioning industry, Gene and Barbara expanded in 2009 to form a new company called ProTech Services.

ProTech Services now offers a full spectrum of residential and commercial plumbing, heating, and cooling services throughout the Middle Georgia area, whose hallmark is exceptional customer service, unquestioned professionalism, and unsurpassed reliability.

Do you give free estimates?

During normal business hours (8:00am until 5:00pm), for the heating and air side of the business, it is a free estimate on change out only for a new system. For a service call on heating and air, it’s a $69 trip charge, plus the cost of any work we perform. Do you offer warranties?

Yes, we have unsurpassed warranties on our products and services. Each task has its warranty period, which is stated on the invoice/
estimate about that task. Our warranties are equivalent to the standards in our trade.

Are you a member of the better business bureau?

of business. We believe that customer satisfaction and ethical practices are crucial to our success. And we want you to call us back the

Why are you wearing shoe covers?

We wear booties inside of our customer’s homes to protect your flooring & carpets from dirt & germs that we may have picked up on our
shoes.

Why do you wear rubber gloves?

We wear disposal latex gloves because of germs & other materials we may touch when we work on customer’s pipes. This keeps us
from passing on germs from one location to another, which protects us & you!

Does it cost more after business hours?

Our service rates are the same any time of day or night, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we charge an $89 trip charge after
hours, weekends, & holidays.
Do you take credit cards?

Yes. We currently accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, & American Express.

Can you bill me?

Normally we collect after completion of work. This keeps our collection costs to a minimum, which helps keep us moderately priced,
thus saving you money. If you are with a company/corporation or business we will review your credit application in order to bill you.

Do you offer same day service?

Yes, we offer same day service on most task requests. If a call is placed before 1:00 p.m. on any workday, we are adequately staffed to
handle any call that same day (except digging or trenching which are governed by State Registrations of a minimum of 24-hour notice).
After 1:00 P.M. depending on dispatch load, we may be able to provide same day service or at least within 24 hours of the placed call.

What do you charge per hour?

We do not charge by the hour! We charge by the job. We offer a “flat rate” pricing before we do the work. That is to ensure that our
pricing stays the same no matter how long it takes the technician to do the task.

Does it cost more after business hours?

Our service rates are the same any time of day or night, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we charge a $158 trip charge for heating and air related services and a $125 trip charge for plumbing related services during after hours, weekends, and holidays.
