We are always happy with all the services we use through pro tech. We have them for any plumbing problems and our HVAC. Super to deal with, on time, reasonable and knowledgeable. I called ProTech Services about a leak behind my refrigerator. They had Chris come out the next day and he took care of the problem very efficiently. He was on time, polite and very professional. I highly recommend ProTech!

These guys always treat me like I matter. I missed the first call because I was at work so they text me to follow up. I missed the original technician but they still worked me in before the end of the day. The technician was courteous and explained what had happened and what I was paying for without being condescending or rude. I will always call them first for my plumbing and AC needs.

Second time I've used their services for my AC systems and both experiences have been outstanding. Jason & David (hopefully the names are correct) accomplished the most recent service. Both were prompt, thorough, and professional. The personnel handling the telephones and scheduling also deserve kudos for courtesy and professionalism. Look no further if your home needs repair work!

James & CJ arrived ahead of time. They were just great . The hvac installation was explained to me. They were both patient ; very nice .

We realized our air had stopped working on Wed afternoon after hours. Call first thing Thursday morning. They said they’d have a tech out late afternoon. He showed up early just after lunch. Quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed for a reasonable price before 3pm. We are VERY satisfied with Protech and their quick response!

David is soooooo professional and he will take the time to explain everything to you concerning your HVAC. What's it doing and What's it not doing that’s causing the problems? Timothy O’Connor came to perform semiannual hvac checkup. Timothy was very knowledgeable regarding our three systems. He spent some time explaining to my wife about our systems and the work he performed. I found him to be very congenial and courteous. He did an excellent job. I wish more people that come to our home to do work were more like Timothy. Thank you Pro-Tech for sending Timothy to do our semiannual review.

Dallas did a great job of not only providing a system check-up, but also replacing a part that needed to be replaced while telling us he'd keep an eye on something else whose repair "can wait a little while". Thankful for an honest repairman!

HVAC tech arrived, checked out if we were getting cold air from one of our ducts. Checked all ceiling fans to make sure they were in correct position. Cleaned the unit and checked its pressure. Put in a work order for the duct work we need. He did everything we needed and more. They will be the go to company we use! Thanks for being a great service company.

Technician arrived promptly, very friendly and professional. Although it was 100 degrees he did not complain about the heat. He explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. I felt confident in the information I was given. I would highly recommend ProTech Services

I appreciated the fact that the Tech (Thomas) came out at such a late time to repair my AC. The Tech arrived and I explained the issue to him. The Tech went out and immediately found what was wrong, gave me an estimate and repaired my AC in a timely matter. He was very professional and explain each step to me and showed me the part which was damaged. I couldn't have asked for a Better Customer Service person than Thomas. Dallas arrived during the time period. It didn't take him long to figure out the issue with HVAC system. He was able to quickly make the repair that provided cool air to the house. Thank you so very much for quickly repairing the system.

Tech was great / spent the time to diagnose the issue and keep us informed at all times / price was fair for the services provided / would recommend them to anyone with HVAC issues.

Our a/c tech listened to my questions, answered them and explained everything. He did a thorough check of our a/c, climbed up a tall ladder to change out our filter & did it with a smile! This will be our company from now on! Also feel the price was reasonable & fair.
